Job Summary
Seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage incoming communications from clients and financial advisors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the estate planning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate incoming customer communications across phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve support issues in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or client service
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve problems effectively
- Experience using support ticketing systems such as Zendesk or HubSpot
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Estate planning experience is a plus
