Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently triage and route incoming calls
  • Process SDS requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide timely and accurate support for waste disposal and Poison Control incidents

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in hazardous waste management or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge or certification in DOT, IATA, IMDG, and TDG is a plus
  • Experience with Word, Access, and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
