Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound and take inbound customer calls to assist in the loan process
  • Analyze customer information, address questions, and provide solutions to move loans forward
  • Work with Customer Advocate to follow up on documentation and customer concerns

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six months mortgage/call center experience or a 4-year college degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic algebra and geometry for calculations
  • No specific certifications, licenses, or registrations required
