Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Ticket and Chat Specialist for a remote position on a graveyard shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via email, phone, or chat
  • Provide accurate and timely resolution of customer issues and concerns
  • Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in a ticketing system

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support
  • Experience working with a B2B SaaS company is preferred
  • First Contact Resolution (FCR) approach is required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to quickly resolve problems and perform well under pressure
