Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create an unparalleled customer experience
  • Respond to tickets in Zendesk within SLA requirements
  • Resolve Tier 1 support issues and identify product defects

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience working in the P&C space
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service/Support providing multi-channel support
  • Experience working for SaaS company
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or another ticketing system
