Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform application administration functions/analysis and address security and performance issues
- Provide daily operations support for ongoing release efforts
- Support Front-end Applications and troubleshoot system problems
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Zendesk, TeamSupport, or any call tracking tool
- Ability to work with various teams for issue resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Office, particularly Excel & Sheet
- Detail orientation and analytical mindset
