Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform application administration functions/analysis and address security and performance issues
  • Provide daily operations support for ongoing release efforts
  • Support Front-end Applications and troubleshoot system problems

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with Zendesk, TeamSupport, or any call tracking tool
  • Ability to work with various teams for issue resolution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Office, particularly Excel & Sheet
  • Detail orientation and analytical mindset
  • Team contribution skills and a desire to teach others
