Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone, email, and text-based support to customers and partners
  • Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure a seamless delivery experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year customer service experience, preferably in technology or logistics
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • Proactive and able to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Ability to work non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
