Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone, email, and text-based support to customers and partners
- Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary
- Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure a seamless delivery experience
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year customer service experience, preferably in technology or logistics
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
- Proactive and able to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity
- Ability to work non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
