Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
• Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors
• Work effectively in a high-volume production environment

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm EST
• Comfortable with remote work and call center operations
• No employment sponsorship eligibility
• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations may be necessary
