Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist clients and therapists in navigating their platform and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists via phone and live chat
- Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams to enhance the platform
- Educate customers on the platform while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to changing priorities
- At least one year of customer-facing professional experience is preferred
- Basic programming or engineering skills and/or education in a business- or technology-related field is a plus
- Ability to meet quantitative metrics related to customer interactions
- Experience or knowledge of US healthcare insurance and coverage is beneficial
