Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist clients and therapists in navigating their platform and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists via phone and live chat
  • Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams to enhance the platform
  • Educate customers on the platform while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to changing priorities
  • At least one year of customer-facing professional experience is preferred
  • Basic programming or engineering skills and/or education in a business- or technology-related field is a plus
  • Ability to meet quantitative metrics related to customer interactions
  • Experience or knowledge of US healthcare insurance and coverage is beneficial
