Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, research, and analyze ticketed issues for taxpayer inquiries
  • Reroute ticket escalations to appropriate departments and document critical information
  • Utilize software and systems to track daily production and attend required training
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Experience with QA and escalated ticketing
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
