- Review, research, and analyze ticketed issues for taxpayer inquiries
- Reroute ticket escalations to appropriate departments and document critical information
- Utilize software and systems to track daily production and attend required training
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of call center experience
- Experience with QA and escalated ticketing
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
