Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Service team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot support issues of a proprietary case management system
  • Assist customers in updating and maintaining their systems, including add-on products
  • Participate in daily scrums and weekly support triages
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of recent customer support experience in a software setting
  • 1+ years' experience in technical support with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Skilled in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
