Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Service team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot support issues of a proprietary case management system
- Assist customers in updating and maintaining their systems, including add-on products
- Participate in daily scrums and weekly support triages
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of recent customer support experience in a software setting
- 1+ years' experience in technical support with strong troubleshooting skills
- Skilled in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and Microsoft SQL Server
- Legally authorized to work in the US
