Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer support, Marketing, Communications, or Client Services
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluency in English, French, or Spanish; other languages are welcome
