Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in a technology or logistics company
- Ability to work a schedule with non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
- Proactive approach to navigating uncertainty and ambiguity
