Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in a technology or logistics company
  • Ability to work a schedule with non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
  • Proactive approach to navigating uncertainty and ambiguity
