Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or calls, providing clear solutions
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed
- Educate customers on product features and maintain internal knowledge documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot replenishment and pricing systems
- Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce
- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a plus
