Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers using their AI-driven Planning & Pricing SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or calls, providing clear solutions
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Educate customers on product features and maintain internal knowledge documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot replenishment and pricing systems
  • Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce
  • Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a plus
