Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide timely support to customers across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Field and resolve customer inquiries via calls, texts, and emails
- Assist Clinical Managers and mobile phlebotomists with scheduling changes and clerical work
- Support the Care Coordination team with appointment updates and workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
- Experience coordinating tasks with national labs such as Quest or LabCorp is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Experience using Zendesk is preferred
