Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service to dealers and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in products and services, sharing knowledge with customers
- Achieve individual and team service level goals while tracking customer inquiries in SalesForce.com
- Identify and escalate customer issues to appropriate support teams and assist with various customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service or service industry experience preferred
- College degree preferred or a minimum of one year work experience required
- Knowledge of MS Office and Windows required; greater technical aptitude preferred
- Flexibility to work weekend and/or evening shifts
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work
