Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software (SaaS) customer support
- Technical software troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Live Chat or Phone customer support is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-focused and fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
