Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in software (SaaS) customer support
  • Technical software troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Live Chat or Phone customer support is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-focused and fast-paced environment
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
