Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer & Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage customer quotes and orders through SAP and internal systems
- Coordinate sales processes and follow up on orders, serving as a liaison between Sales and Operations teams
- Triage customer calls and requests, creating cases in Service Cloud for efficient resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- High school diploma or comparable education is required
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Sales team activities
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM products
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters
