Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technology customer support experience
  • Experience in technology or automotive industries
  • Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of automobile terminology and related documentation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
