Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints with empathy
- Provide timely support through various channels, including Zendesk, phone, and email
- Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the customer Knowledge Base
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technology customer support experience
- Experience in technology or automotive industries
- Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of automobile terminology and related documentation preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
