Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users, providing solutions and support
- Assist customers in scheduling meetings and resolving inquiries through various communication channels
- Document and escalate customer issues while maintaining expert-level product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software (SaaS) customer support
- Technical software troubleshooting skills and experience
- Experience in Live Chat or Phone customer support is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
