Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to servicing inquiries and concerns
  • Handle multiple aspects of servicing, including customer service and delinquent loan resolution
  • Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures for servicing products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Mortgage Loan Servicing experience preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred but not required
  • Customer Service experience in Retail, Hospitality, Food Service, Banking, etc. will be considered
