Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user feedback and enhancement requests, ensuring they reach the appropriate teams


Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least 1 year of experience using CRM software
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (2 years of university level)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
