Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, high-quality support for customer inquiries via phone or Zendesk
  • Guide customers through product features and functions while addressing their questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to company policies and effective resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer experience position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zendesk preferred
  • Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
