Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer support through various channels and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage new member applications and account setups while maintaining a quality membership base

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technology-first environment
  • Proficient Excel skills preferred
  • Experience in membership qualification is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A&D industry experience is a plus
