  • Guide customers through the remote installation and setup of POS systems
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance via various communication methods
Required Qualifications
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical hardware issues
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
  • Point of Sale software experience is a plus
