Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support over the phone and email to address customer questions or problems regarding the use of the card or registration
- Actively listen to customers to confirm and clarify information and diffuse potential escalations
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and effectively relay product feedback to the product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Proficiency with software, ideally CRM software
- Strong typing skills
- Ability to self-manage and work from home
