Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support over the phone and email to address customer questions or problems regarding the use of the card or registration
  • Actively listen to customers to confirm and clarify information and diffuse potential escalations
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and effectively relay product feedback to the product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Proficiency with software, ideally CRM software
  • Strong typing skills
  • Ability to self-manage and work from home
