Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries regarding company features via phone, chat, and email while meeting SLA targets
- Contribute to revenue goals by implementing strategies for trial-to-paid conversions and customer retention
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team and report knowledge gaps for system improvement
Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or service role
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with computer-based programs and applications relevant to job duties
- Comfortable working in urgent and sensitive customer scenarios
