Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support for its HRIS product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field incoming cases and phone calls to resolve issues within client builds
  • Deliver timely solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction and managing caseloads
  • Analyze customer configurations and troubleshoot problems using internal and external resources
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • 1+ years of UKG Workforce Ready experience preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employer/employee tax laws
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and HCM systems
