Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support for its HRIS product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming cases and phone calls to resolve issues within client builds
- Deliver timely solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction and managing caseloads
- Analyze customer configurations and troubleshoot problems using internal and external resources
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues
- 1+ years of UKG Workforce Ready experience preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employer/employee tax laws
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and HCM systems
