Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster positive customer relationships through daily interactions
  • Respond to high-priority voice and email requests while providing status updates on orders
  • Facilitate order completion and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Excel and capable of manipulating large data sets
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying patterns and implementing changes
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Quality Assurance experience is a plus
