Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage special requests for valuation products and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster positive customer relationships through daily interactions
- Respond to high-priority voice and email requests while providing status updates on orders
- Facilitate order completion and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Excel and capable of manipulating large data sets
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying patterns and implementing changes
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Quality Assurance experience is a plus
