Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service and support for its customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply product knowledge to resolve customer issues and ensure proper software utilization
  • Conduct new customer implementations, training, and develop training webinars
  • Assist with software quality assurance, testing, and provide feedback to the Product Development team
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to apply product knowledge obtained through training and daily activities
  • Experience in providing top-notch customer service
  • Background in troubleshooting and comfort with computers and software technology
  • Ability to track problems and identify trends in client system issues
  • Experience with written and verbal communication in a customer support context
