Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software support or customer service in a tech-driven environment

  • 2+ years of experience in the multifamily domain, with knowledge of operator-supplier relationships
  • Experience with helpdesk systems and project management tools like Notion or Zendesk
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership of initiatives in a startup environment
