Job Summary
A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience in a call center or customer support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm CST
- Comfortable using company-provided equipment, including computers and virtual phones
- Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination requirements
