Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
  • Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Experience in a call center or customer support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm CST
  • Comfortable using company-provided equipment, including computers and virtual phones
  • Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination requirements
