Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Support & Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Advise customers on effective software usage and assist during trial periods
  • Track customer interactions and contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS
  • Ability to work 8am-5pm UTC+8
  • Experience with technology, including web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Intercom is a plus
  • Strong focus on customer experience and relationship building
