Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Support & Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Advise customers on effective software usage and assist during trial periods
- Track customer interactions and contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS
- Ability to work 8am-5pm UTC+8
- Experience with technology, including web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Intercom is a plus
- Strong focus on customer experience and relationship building
