Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
• Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
• Work in a high-volume production environment, adhering to a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Experience in a call center or customer support role
• Ability to work remotely with provided company equipment
• Comfortable handling high-volume tasks
• Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination requirements
