Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email as the first line of support
- Become a product expert, understanding the signup process and wage advance products
- Expand knowledge of earned wage advance support and collaborate with team members
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role; Tier 2 or tech experience is a bonus
- 1+ years of experience using Zendesk
- Aptitude for numbers and math related to financial inquiries
- Desire to understand the financial challenges faced by hourly workers
- Excitement about joining an early startup in the fintech space
