Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support via chat, phone, and email for users of the platform
- Document interactions and manage multiple email queues while resolving tickets within SLA
- Submit manual orders and provide feedback to improve products and support resources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, including phone and email support
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
- Experience in mortgage technology or related industries is a plus
