Job Summary

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to research and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
- Self-starter who can work effectively in a remote environment
