Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (global).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations to ensure timely resolution
  • Serve as the customer advocate to drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, and Support
  • Create and build thorough documentation and processes to assist users and improve internal operations


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar support role
  • Prior experience with Zendesk and other support tools
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently
  • Genuine excitement about scaling a nascent platform
  • Experience working at an email platform is a plus
