Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations to ensure timely resolution
- Serve as the customer advocate to drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, and Support
- Create and build thorough documentation and processes to assist users and improve internal operations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar support role
- Prior experience with Zendesk and other support tools
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently
- Genuine excitement about scaling a nascent platform
- Experience working at an email platform is a plus
