Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in products and services, sharing knowledge with customers
  • Achieve individual and team service level goals while tracking customer inquiries in SalesForce.com
  • Assist customers with various inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service or service industry experience preferred
  • College degree preferred or a minimum of one year of work experience required
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Windows; greater technical aptitude preferred
  • Flexibility to work weekend and/or evening shifts
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work
