Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in products and services, sharing knowledge with customers
- Achieve individual and team service level goals while tracking customer inquiries in SalesForce.com
- Assist customers with various inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service or service industry experience preferred
- College degree preferred or a minimum of one year of work experience required
- Knowledge of MS Office and Windows; greater technical aptitude preferred
- Flexibility to work weekend and/or evening shifts
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work
