Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Customer Support or Software Support role
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience with academic work habits and requirements preferred
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR is a plus
- Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
