Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service with a focus on account management and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and email inquiries related to orders, quotes, and account support
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, technical support, and quality assurance teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, primarily involving quotes and order processing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of progressive work experience performing administrative tasks and customer interaction required
- 3-5 years of related, high-volume customer support, sales, and/or account management experience required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn ERP and CRM platforms
