Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to enhance customer experience and support in the agricultural supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to ERP workflows, payments, and system access
  • Manage assigned cases in Zendesk, ensuring accurate categorization, timely updates, and proper resolution documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback and participate in internal reviews for product improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Help Desk roles in SaaS or ERP environments
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar support platforms
  • Strong documentation habits and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Preferred experience supporting ERP, accounting, or supply-chain software
