Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to enhance customer experience in the agricultural supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to ERP workflows, payments, and system access
- Manage cases in Zendesk, ensuring accurate categorization, timely updates, and proper resolution documentation
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to relay customer feedback and participate in internal reviews for product improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Help Desk roles within SaaS or ERP environments
- Experience using Zendesk or similar support platforms
- Strong documentation habits and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Preferred experience in supporting ERP, accounting, or supply-chain software
