Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide user support and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via a product ticket system
  • Identify and replicate errors to ensure resolution and provide feedback to management
  • Train customers on product usage and support knowledge base utilization
Required Qualifications
