Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide user support and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service inquiries via a product ticket system
- Identify and replicate errors to ensure resolution and provide feedback to management
- Train customers on product usage and support knowledge base utilization
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software applications
- Strong organizational skills
