Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I to provide technical assistance and support to customers.

- Provide on-call support for customer inquiries, both virtually and in-person
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software across various sites
- Support new customer launches and set up/install hardware
Required Qualifications:
- At least three years of relevant customer support experience
- Comfortable learning new tools and technology
- Self-driven with the ability to operate independently
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Adaptable and creative, with a determination to solve complex problems
