Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I to provide technical assistance and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-call support for customer inquiries, both virtually and in-person
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software across various sites
  • Support new customer launches and set up/install hardware


Required Qualifications:
  • At least three years of relevant customer support experience
  • Comfortable learning new tools and technology
  • Self-driven with the ability to operate independently
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Adaptable and creative, with a determination to solve complex problems
