Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming tickets to assess urgency and context, and gather information for troubleshooting
  • Answer frequently asked questions and direct users to appropriate resources
  • Make administrative changes to system configuration via the user interface and assist cross-functional team members
Required Qualifications
  • One to two years of experience in customer support within the software industry
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Technical aptitude with experience in databases such as Postgres or MySQL and knowledge of SQL syntax
  • Familiarity with AWS Console, GitHub, and JIRA
  • Experience manipulating large data files using Linux command tools
