Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming tickets to assess urgency and context, and gather information for troubleshooting
- Answer frequently asked questions and direct users to appropriate resources
- Make administrative changes to system configuration via the user interface and assist cross-functional team members
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in customer support within the software industry
- Bachelor's Degree
- Technical aptitude with experience in databases such as Postgres or MySQL and knowledge of SQL syntax
- Familiarity with AWS Console, GitHub, and JIRA
- Experience manipulating large data files using Linux command tools
