Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Resolve customer issues directly or coordinate with internal resources for timely resolution
- Provide training to new and existing customers on software usage and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role supporting SaaS or web-based solutions
- 2+ years of work-from-home experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google programs, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new concepts
- Experience in managing multiple priorities effectively
