Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Resolve customer issues directly or coordinate with internal resources for timely resolution
  • Provide training to new and existing customers on software usage and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role supporting SaaS or web-based solutions
  • 2+ years of work-from-home experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google programs, especially Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new concepts
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities effectively
