Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and deliver training for new and existing customers on the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS)
- Provide timely customer service and technical support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct system reviews and educate customers on effective utilization of software features
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of Customer Support experience
- 6 months of training experience
- Experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry
- High School diploma
- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work cross-functionally
