Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and deliver training for new and existing customers on the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS)
  • Provide timely customer service and technical support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Conduct system reviews and educate customers on effective utilization of software features
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of Customer Support experience
  • 6 months of training experience
  • Experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry
  • High School diploma
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work cross-functionally
