Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide proactive and empathetic support to schools and districts using their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to support inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Triage and escalate technical issues and product bugs as necessary
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer support or customer-facing experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience with ticketing or CRM systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk)
  • Ability to manage multiple support inquiries simultaneously
  • Comfort with learning and navigating technical software platforms
  • Familiarity with K-12 education or nonprofit organizations is a plus
