Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide proactive and empathetic support to schools and districts using their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Triage and escalate technical issues and product bugs as necessary
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer support or customer-facing experience (SaaS preferred)
- Experience with ticketing or CRM systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk)
- Ability to manage multiple support inquiries simultaneously
- Comfort with learning and navigating technical software platforms
- Familiarity with K-12 education or nonprofit organizations is a plus
