Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist users and enhance their experience with the software.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming support calls and respond to user inquiries regarding software operation
- Train users on software applications and document client issues in the CRM
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services while providing technical support
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work any shift assigned, including Saturdays
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Proven ability to learn and master technical software
- High school diploma or equivalent with accounting certifications and 2 years of related experience, or a Bachelor or Associate degree in Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite for document creation and collaboration
