Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist users and enhance their experience with the software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming support calls and respond to user inquiries regarding software operation
  • Train users on software applications and document client issues in the CRM
  • Identify opportunities for additional products and services while providing technical support
Required Qualifications
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned, including Saturdays
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Proven ability to learn and master technical software
  • High school diploma or equivalent with accounting certifications and 2 years of related experience, or a Bachelor or Associate degree in Accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite for document creation and collaboration
